The work we do here at Hodge Design & Remodeling, Inc. is derived from my personal commitment that we provide our clients with our best service and product. I accept only the best from my staff and Trade Contractors, for this is the only way to achieve our goal of client satisfaction. We do our utmost to make everything go smoothly for our clients during the remodeling process. Of course, this does not mean that there will not be occasions when unexpected situations arise or when honest mistakes are made. What this does mean is that we will correct the difficulty in the most appropriate and expedient manner. We will not make excuses or “pass the buck”.
