Estimates:
| We provide clear and easy to understand estimates. Our estimates are free to those who already have a design and/or detailed specifications. If we are to provide design work and make a schedule of specifications, there will be a fee determined by the scope of the work involved. Please note that if you are considering having work done and are obtaining several estimates that it is very important to have one design and set of specifications for each contractor to work from. If each contractor develops his own plans and specifications, it will be very difficult to make comparisons between your estimates, as each contractor is making different assumptions as to methods and materials to be used. |
